Ideal for beginners, the Dulwich Lishi class has a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere where you can get fit, lose weight and have fun. No fitness or experience is required and all ages and abilities are welcome. Feel free to come on your own to this small, friendly drop-in class where you will learn a variety of Daoist exercises to improve overall fitness, well-being and energy levels including breathing exercises, movement forms and qigong, and more dynamic partner exercises. Both Yin (internal energy) and Yang (external, self-defence) arts are taught at the class.
